CDRF has established the "Development Research Scholarship" program to cultivate human resources and capacity for theoretical and policy research in China by providing opportunities of applying theory to practice for young people devoted to the study of economics and social development. Recipients of the Scholarship include outstanding PH.D candidates and postgraduate students in key national universities and research institutes. To win the Scholarship, applicants must coincide his/her specialty and research orientation with that of a research department/institute of the Development Research Center (DRC) of the State Council and undertake corresponding research work carried out by that particular department/institute.
