In a bid to prepare a future pool of researchers for social science in China, China Development Research Foundation (CDRF) intends to establish a "Young Professionals in Development Study" program. There are three types of fellowship programs: "PHD Dissertations Fellowship" (PDF), "Development Research Fellowship"(DRF) and "Outstanding Young Scholars"(OYS). YPDs are open to excellent graduate students from Chinese universities. Students must demonstrate outstanding academic achievements, have financial needs, and meet all China's and universities' eligibility requirements.
